MetriNote is a trading journal application designed to help traders track their trades, analyze their performance, and improve their trading psychology. The Service includes features such as trade logging, analytics, MetriScore calculations, pre-market checklists, and accountability tools.
To use the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:
New users receive a 10-day free trial. No credit card is required to start the trial.
After the trial period, continued access requires a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed monthly and are non-refundable except as required by law.
The first 100 users who subscribe will receive founding member pricing, which locks in a reduced monthly rate for the lifetime of their subscription, as long as the subscription remains active.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period.
Subscription fees are non-refundable. If you cancel, you retain access until the end of your billing period. We do not offer partial refunds for unused time. In cases of accidental duplicate charges or technical billing errors, contact support@metrinote.com within 7 days for a full refund.

You are responsible for maintaining backups of your data. While we take precautions to protect your data, we are not liable for any data loss.
MetriNote is not financial advice. The Service is a journaling and analytics tool. We do not provide investment advice, trading recommendations, or financial guidance.
Trading involves substantial risk of loss. Past performance does not guarantee future results. The analytics, statistics, and MetriScore provided by the Service are for informational purposes only and should not be the sole basis for any trading decisions.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MetriNote and its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or trading losses, arising from your use of the Service.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MetriNote from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes when possible.
